Automobile Engineering

Automobile Engineering is a branch of engineering which teaches manufacturing, designing, mechanical mechanisms as well operations of automobiles. It is an introduction to vehicle engineering dealing with two, three or four wheelers and finer aspects like aerodynamics and Tribology.

PEO

PEO 1: To produce graduates having a strong background of basic science, mathematics, mechanical engineering and ability to use these tools.

PEO 2: To produce graduates who can demonstrate technical competence in the field of automobile engineering and develop solutions to the complex problems.

PEO 3: To  produce graduates having professional competence through life-long learning such as advanced degrees, professional skills and other professional activities related globally to engineering & society.

PSO

PSO1:  should be able to understand the concepts of Automobile engineering and the study of various working systems of a vehicle and also the importance in the field of transportation of both passengers and goods, there by the rule of transportation system in the development of a country.

PSO2:  Should have an ability to apply technical knowledge and usage of modern technology and safety measures in order to avoid the accidents and also environmental pollution.

PSO3:  Should have the capability to analyze, design & develop various active systems of a vehicle and thus demonstrating professional ethics & concern for societal well being.
