Alumni
The most valuable asset of any educational institution is its alumni. The growth and success of a reputable institute can be gauged through the accomplishments of its former students, who are now excelling in various roles and locations worldwide. In this context, the alumni community holds a pivotal role as the primary stakeholders of our institution.
To foster and maintain a strong connection with our alumni, the institution established the Alumni Association in 2003. This association was formally registered as "HALE VIDYARTHIGALA SANGA HULKOTI" on September 22, 2006, in accordance with the Karnataka Societies Registration Act of 1960 (Karnataka Act 17 of 1960), bearing the Society Number: GDG-S96-2006-07. To facilitate ongoing engagement, a lifetime membership is offered to alumni, with annual alumni fees collected. This membership can be obtained by completing a registration process.
The structure of the Hale Vidyarthigala Sanga at our institution consists of key positions, including a President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, and committee members, totaling 33 individuals. The committee members effectively communicate with our alumni community, sharing institutional updates and news through various channels such as email and social media, including the Almashine app.
Once a year, the committee convenes to address important matters. During these meetings, significant topics are discussed, such as the selection of the President of the Association, the review of resolutions from previous committee meetings, the examination of financial audit reports, and the finalization of approvals. Additionally, the committee assesses and approves various budgets for campus initiatives and projects, ensuring the continuous enhancement of our institution.
