Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

PEO 1: Provide a science-based engineering education that equips students with professional skills to secure immediate employment in relevant branches of the engineering industry.
PEO 2: Analyze data and grasp technical concepts essential for infrastructure development, design, sustainability, construction management, and other related fields in civil engineering.
PEO 3: Cultivate a global perspective among students, enabling them to appreciate diversity in the world and in intellectual pursuits. Instill a desire for lifelong learning.
PEO 4: Educate students on ethical values and social responsibility, enabling them to utilize engineering techniques and modern tools effectively in civil engineering practice for the betterment of society.

Program-Specific Outcomes (PSOs)

PSO 1: Apply mathematical and scientific principles to analyze and design engineering solutions effectively.
PSO 2: Acquire professional skills in specialized areas of civil engineering, including Structural Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geo-informatics & Remote Sensing, and Construction Techniques & Management.
PSO 3: Develop strong technical communication skills and apply them to problem-solving in the field of Civil Engineering, as well as other related technical and industrial domains.
