At the outset, sincere congratulations to ISRO and its distinguished team of Scientists, Engineers, and Project Associates for the successful launch of "CHANDRAYAAN 3" on August 23, 2023. This date stands as a milestone unmatched thus far.
It is a source of immense pride that a prominent figure from Gadag District played a crucial role in this mission. While the entire nation celebrated the achievement, the people of Gadag experienced a sense of nostalgia, associating their region with the esteemed halls of ISRO and global astronomy.
The fact that Shri Sudhindra V Bindagi, Sr Scientist at ISRO, briefly served as a lecturer in the Mechanical Department at Rural Engineering College, Hulkoti, between 1985 and 1986 adds to our pride in his accomplishments and significant contribution to the project. With genuine joy, the Management, Staff, Students, and all Alumni of REC, Hulkoti, extend their heartfelt congratulations to him and the entire Mission Associates for elevating standards through this successful Lunar mission, and they convey their best wishes for all future endeavors.
