The Alumni Association organized the Teachers Day celebration on the 5th of September at the seminar hall of the Rural Engineering College. Shri Sachin Patil, Secretary,the RTE Society's Hulkoti, was the Chief guest. Dr. V. M. Patil, Principal ,REC Hulkoti presided over the occasion.
Shri Krishna Odugoudar, Vice President of the Alumni Association, Shri M. K. Patil, Secretary of the Alumni Association and Dr S T Vasan also adorned the dias.
All the speakers called upon the teaching fraternity to evolve better teaching learning processes to meet the present day expectations of students and the stakeholders. Miss Soumya Hiremath rendered the invocation ,Mrs Geeta Patil, welcomed the gathered while Mr Manohar Sankadal proposed the vote of thanks . The session closed with a group photograph and high tea.
