Today, on the 5th of January 2024, the Rural Engineering College organized the Freshers Day event to warmly welcome both first year students and lateral entrants. The esteemed chief guest for the occasion was Shri Sachin Patil, Secretary, RTE society ,Hulkoti advised students to develop their skills, make use of the laboratories, and strive for success in their careers. Dr V M Patil, principal, presided over the event.
Dr V M Patil, the principal, in his address, emphasized the importance of studying core engineering subjects and acquiring knowledge in order to succeed in their respective fields of engineering. The principal’s motivational speech aimed to inspire all the freshers to strive for excellence in their academic pursuits.
Additionally, Shri Manu Sudhan, the CEO of ADVIGROPS, engaged in conversations with the fresher students and provided them with insights into the latest advancements in technology. Additionally, they introduced innovative technologies that are being implemented in various engineering departments.
Dean Academics Shri Somanagoudar, IQAC Coordinator Shri M D Harlapur, and Science & Humanities Head of the Department Shri S S Sadamal graced the stage with their presence. The event was skillfully anchored by Miss Aishwarya Goudar.The vote of thanks was delivered by Shri Shrikrishna Gurlhosur.
