On January 26th each year, the esteemed citizens of India joyously and enthusiastically observe Republic Day. This year, the nation celebrated its 75th Republic Day, which signifies the momentous occasion when the Constitution of India was adopted on January 26, 1950. The Rural Engineering College in Hulkoti also joined in the celebration of this significant day with immense joy and unwavering patriotism.

The flag was raised by Dr. V M Patil, the Principal, who then proceeded to address the assembled crowd. He emphasized the numerous sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and urged everyone present to pledge their commitment to improving our nation. During his speech, he also emphasized the significance of individuals in the nation’s development, drawing comparisons with some neighboring developed countries. Additionally, he addressed the impact of artificial intelligence on job dynamics and proposed a solution by advocating for skill upgrades.

The event was conducted by Mr Puneetgouda Patil, the NSS program officer, who extended his wishes to the gathering. Mr Sajjanar, the Physical Director, then proposed the vote of thanks.
