Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Rural Engineering College,Hulkoti organized a one-day workshop titled “Insights of Cybersecurity and Career Opportunities.” The workshop was led by Mr. Anoop Mutalik Desai, a Cybersecurity Analyst at Dlithe in Bengaluru, and was coordinated by Dr. S B Angadi, the Head of the Department ,CSE.
Department of Textile Technology, Rural Engineering College,Hulkoti, arranged an Industrial Visit on 24/01/2024 to Central Silk Board, Rayapur, Dharwad, exclusively for the B.Tech. Third Semester Textile Technology Students. The purpose of this visit was to meet the curriculum requirement of VTU, Belagavi, and to provide practical exposure to the students.

Today, on the 5th of January 2024, the Rural Engineering College organized the Freshers Day event to warmly welcome both first year students and lateral entrants. The esteemed chief guest for the occasion was Shri Sachin Patil, Secretary, RTE society ,Hulkoti advised students to develop their skills, make use of the laboratories, and strive for success in their careers. Dr V M Patil, principal, presided over the event.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on 27-12-2023 between RTE Society’s Rural Engineering College HulKoti and ADVIGROPS Bengaluru. Notable individuals present at the event included Shri Sachin Patil, the Honorary Secretary of RTE Society, and Dr. V M Patil, the Principal of Rural Engineering College Hulkoti. ADVIGROPS was represented by Shri Manu Sudhan, the CEO, Shri Lalitha Lakkur, the Chief Operating Officer.
